The complaints are about arrival, not use.

Neither claim is unusual for the market. Both are worth knowing before you assume the listing is precise about everything else.
Who should buy something else

If you want insulation with a real track record, The Cold Pod’s 85 gallon insulated tub has around 1,100 ratings and a UV-reflective outer layer, which is the spec that actually determines how many summers a soft tub survives.
